Ascend is currently seeking a BCBA and Clinical/Center Director to join our growing team of professionals and lead a center-based program in Harrisburg, PA.
In general, the Clinical/Center Director will be responsible for new client evaluation/consultation, behavior assessments, developing treatment plans, on-going case management and ABA Behavior Tech supervision/mentoring.
The Clinical/Center Director will have ultimate responsibility for running the center-based program. In addition, the Clinical/Center Director will supervise a treatment team of other BCBAs and Behavior Techs. This is a salaried, exempt, full-time position.

The Clinical/Center Director & Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for the clinical oversight, quality, and integrity of all Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) delivered by Ascend Autism in Pennsylvania.
This role provides clinical leadership for assessment, treatment planning, service delivery, supervision, and quality assurance in full compliance with 55 Pa. Code Chapter 5240 and applicable DHS/OMHSAS guidance.
The Clinical/Center Director serves as the agency’s designated clinical authority for IBHS services and works in close collaboration with the Administrative Director to ensure operational systems support compliant, ethical, and effective clinical care. This includes:

What You’ll Be Doing

Qualifications
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Active/applicable Pennsylvania professional licensure, as required under Chapter 5240
- Meets the Clinical Director qualification requirements under 55 Pa. Code Chapter 5240, including required clinical supervisory experience
- Minimum 1+ year of clinical supervisory experience in ABA or behavioral health services
- Demonstrated experience providing clinical oversight of center-based ABA programs
- Experience supervising paraprofessionals implementing ABA-based treatment programs
- Experience working with young children receiving intensive ABA services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to lead clinical teams while ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to clinical care delivery
- Ability to provide constructive feedback, coaching, and clinical guidance
- Proficiency with electronic clinical documentation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
